Whatever the size of the job, we are more than happy to provide a free quote.

What's the difference between translation and localization?

Word-for-word translations sound “translated”. Localized text sounds native and communicates your message far more effectively.

But words are just one part of localization. How do you know if your website is missing any elements that would be beneficial in your target market? Or if your website contains content (and not just text) that may offend the very people for whom it is intended? Fastlane’s team will ensure that you get much more than just a translation.

Which languages do we offer?

You name it, we can do it. Seriously. We have a database of thousands of qualified, native-speaker translators around the world. Naturally, we use a smaller core of translators for the more common languages, but we regularly complete more unusual requests too.

Translation Central

Fastlane’s translation and localisation services are offered in partnership with sister company Translation Central, proud to be part of the Language Trainers Group. Translation Central is a member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists (MCIL) as well as an associate of the Institute of Translation & Interpreting (ITI), a member of GALA (Globalization and Localization Association) and a member of ATA (American Translators Association).

Why not just use Google Translate or Yahoo Babelfish?

Uses the freedom, the machine translation software may as if look like an attraction the choice, but consideration user experience.......

Sorry, what we meant to say was:

Using free, automated translation software may seem like a tempting option, but think about user experience.

The first line had been translated into Simple Chinese and back again using Yahoo’s Babelfish program. Automated tools are great but are cannot translate to a professional standard.

Can you tell the difference between a site that has been written by native English speakers and one that has been translated automatically from Mandarin? Definitely. And so can your international visitors. Our professional team provides professional quality work.
